Position Summary:

As the Crew Lead, you will serve as the liaison between the supervisor and the TDAV team. Your primary responsibilities include directing the team, managing AV equipment, and documenting progress and needs. You will oversee equipment setup and troubleshooting, ensure effective communication, manage schedules, and support team members. A broad understanding of TDAV roles is ideal to assist in teaching new members and addressing technical issues. Additionally, you will help with equipment inventory and collaborate with the Sound & Media Supervisor on planning new purchases.
